TERMS OF SERVICE
I wrote the terms of service in order to provide a fair agreement between us, and to explain my working process. Normally I’m not a strict person so rules can definitely be loosened for you as long as we respect each other and I see reasons to do so!By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in blacklisting, halted work without refund, removal from my socials, and a ban on future commissions.
GENERAL & IMPORTANT
You must be 18+ for NSFW commissions.
I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
Respect and clear communication are required; abusive behavior may violate the TOS.
Commission info and prices can be adjusted before agreement; agreed prices will not change unless adding extras.
I retain full rights to the artwork for display or promotion.
I do not claim ownership of the commissioned character depicted in the image.
Personal use only; commercial use requires extra fees (1.5–3× base price).
No modification, AI training, or NFT usage allowed without permission.

REFUNDS & PAYMENT
No refunds after sketching.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission, without refund, at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, if the terms are not respected.
If the commission is eligible for a refund: The refunded amount will be determined by how much work has been completed.
EDITS & DEADLINES
Sketch-stage edits are free.
If you want me to edit the piece after the sketch, due to (you) failing to inform me about the details, or any reason that is not my responsibility, may incur fees (15-75%) depending on effort.
Mistakes on my side (such as failing to follow your character’s design) will be corrected free of charge.
Don't be shy to ask if I miss anything!
Lead time is 4-6 weeks, specific artworks may have their own deadlines.
Depending a lot on how the current queue is.
If you feel like you haven’t been in contact with me for a while and wish for an update, please contact me stating that you want an update from me!
WORKFLOW
Stages: Sketch → Flat Color → Shading → Final Delivery (via preferred platform: Drive, Dropbox, Email, etc).
Once you’ve secured a slot (100% Prepayment), you will be put in a queue.
I reserve my weekends to work on other projects, may take a bit to reply
