TERMS OF SERVICE

I wrote the terms of service in order to provide a fair agreement between us, and to explain my working process. Normally I’m not a strict person so rules can definitely be loosened for you as long as we respect each other and I see reasons to do so!

By requesting my commission slot, you agree to these terms of service.

Violating this Terms of Service will likely result in a blacklist, a halt in work with no refund, removal from my socials, and a ban on purchasing my services/products.

GENERAL & IMPORTANT

  • You must be 18+ in order to commission NSFW art from me.

  • I reserve the right to reject a commission/request for any reason, without explanation of reason or bias, please be aware of this.

  • Remember to be respectful, as any due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse, may result in a violation of the terms of service without refund.

  • If the commissioner rejects the sketch, their commission will be moved to the back of the work queue until other client commissions have been completed.

  • I can adjust any commission information, as well as the price of any commission. I will never change the price of a commission that has already been agreed upon, unless you want to add something!

  • I retain full rights to the image, its distribution, and usage, including the right to display any commissioned image on any of my websites or portfolios unless specified otherwise.

  • I do not claim ownership of the commissioned character depicted in the image.

  • Commissioned artwork is for personal use only and must not be claimed as the commissioner's own or used commercially; the base price is for personal use, while commercial use (merchandise, advertising, streaming, etc.) costs 1.5~3x Price, applicable to all commissions after May 2024.

  • The commissioner is not permitted to modify the commissioned image unless explicit permission has been granted.

  • Images cannot be used as training data for generative AI or for NFT projects.

REFUNDS

No refunds after the drawing was sketched.If the commission is eligible for a refund: The refunded amount will be determined by how much work has been completed.I reserve the right to cancel a commission, without refund, at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, if the terms are not respected.

EDITS

  1. Any adjustments at the sketch stage are free of charge, so feel free to ask for any kind of edits that comes to your mind.

  2. Don't be shy to ask if I miss anything!

  3. After finishing each step, it would take too much time and effort for me to go back to edit the prior steps.

  4. If you want me to edit the piece during my workflow due to (you) failing to inform me about the details, or any reason that is not my responsibility.

  5. You have to request an edit.

  6. I may or may not accept the request and the request might be free or not be free (fee from %15 to %75 of the total price), if it is not free then the fee will be calculated based on work efforts for the edit.

  7. Unless it is my own mistake such as failing to follow your character’s design then feel free to ask for a free edit.

Workflow

  1. Once you’ve secured a slot (100% Prepayment), you will be put in a queue.

  2. I will roughly sketch your idea and will send you the sketch to confirm.

  3. I will do the flat color and ask for your confirmation before proceeding to the next step (if any).

  4. I will do the shading and ask for your confirmation before proceeding to the next step (if any).

  5. After your approval, the full resolution piece will be sent to you through Email/Google Drive/Dropbox or Telegram/Discord (Default) please let me know which one you prefer.

Deadlines

  • Lead time is 4-6 weeks.

  • I will generally try to finish the piece within 2 weeks after the payment.

  • Depending a lot on how the current queue is.

  • If you feel like you haven’t been in contact with me for a while and wish for an update, please contact me on Discord/Telegram stating that you want an update from me!
